The 'minibuggy' is a hydrostatic 4-wheel or 2-wheel drive vehicle. It is a low speed, high torque large diameter tire vehicle. This unit can operate not only as a 4x4 but also as a 2x4. With the standard tires the 'minibuggy' can be as narrow as six feet. This makes it ideal for environmentally sensitive areas. The rear mounted Diesel engine is easily accessed for servicing. The hydrostatic drive delivers a constant torque to the axles. The agricultural axles include inboard planetaries and enclosed self-adjusting wet disc brakes. The rear frame can mount a large variety of equipment which includes drills, recording cabs, geophone beds, impulse sources, water tanks, and service beds.
